Where do I pick up and drop off the party hire equipment?
Pick up is available on a Friday from Stoneville. Simply return to us on the following Monday. We will provide you with full address details once your booking is confirmed.
What is the earliest/latest time or day I can collect/return?
Anything is possible, just ask us!
Is delivery available?
Yes, delivery is available! Delivery is $25 for locations up to 20kms away from Stoneville. Additional kms are charged at $1 per km.

Do you hire out other decorations or catering equipment?
Yes we do. Please visit our Additional Hire Items page to see what other items we can hire out.
Is there a discount if I choose to use my own disposable plates etc?
The plates, bowls, cups and cutlery we provide are environmentally friendly and have been chosen by our business to reduce waste. We provide a wash kit for your party which includes a bucket, washing up liquid, brush, sponge and tea-towel. Unfortunately there is no discount if you do not require our reusable, sustainable plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. Please let us know at the time of your booking 🙂
Do you take suggestions for new themes?
We are always interested in developing new themes. Please let us know what creative ideas you have!
What if something gets broken?
Breakages happen.... we do however have a hire agreement which we will discuss with you prior to the collection of your items which details what happens in the event of a breakage.
Do you require a Bond?
Yes a bond of $50 is required for all bookings.
Can I hire out part of a themed party package?
Yes you can! We have tried to list individual prices in our Additional Hire Items page. If there is something missing, please ask and we can shoot you an invoice as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you offer?
Our invoices are sent out with the option of direct bank transfer. If you require payment via credit card/debit card please let us know and we can switch this feature on.
